Every product page has a measured size chart at the bottom of the description, in inches, taken from the actual garment rather than a generic chart.

The most reliable way to pick is to take a shirt you already own and like, lay it flat, and measure across the chest from seam to seam. Match that number to the Chest width column.

Between two sizes, size up. These are heavyweight cotton and they do not grow.

Our men's tees are a regular fit and run true to size. They sit easy through the shoulders and chest without being boxy.

The women's tee is cut relaxed, so size down if you want it closer to the body. The crop is a boxy cropped cut and the length is short by design.

The long sleeve is the exception. It is a slimmer cut and runs smaller than the tees, so size up if you want room to layer.

Measurements can vary by up to 2 inches. That is the printer's stated tolerance and we publish it rather than hide it.

Orders typically ship within 2 to 5 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Every piece is made after you order it, which is why it is not same day.

Once it ships, US delivery usually takes another 4 to 7 business days.

Yes. Free US shipping on orders over $70. It applies automatically at checkout, there is no code to enter, and it stacks with any discount code you are already using.

Under $70, standard shipping is calculated at checkout and runs about $5 for a single item.

Yes. Rates are calculated at checkout based on where it is going. Duties and import taxes, where they apply, are the responsibility of the recipient.

You will get a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. Allow 24 to 48 hours for the carrier to start updating it.

You can also sign in at your account using the email address you ordered with, and see your orders and tracking there. You do not need to have created an account first.

Carrier and customs delays are outside our control, and delivery estimates are not guarantees. If your order has not arrived within 14 business days, email support@lastmilecousa.com and we will chase it.

Yes. You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return. It needs to be unworn and unwashed, in the condition it arrived in.

Email support@lastmilecousa.com to start one. If it is accepted we send you a return shipping label along with instructions. Please do not send anything back before requesting a return, because we cannot accept it.

Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

The fastest route is to return what you have and place a new order for the size or design you want. Waiting for an exchange to process takes longer than just reordering.

Email us straight away at support@lastmilecousa.com with a photo. That is on us, not you, and we will make it right.

Once we have received and inspected the return we will tell you whether it is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days, though your bank may take a little longer to post it.

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not seen it, email us.

Our men's tees are 100% combed ring-spun cotton, 6.5 oz heavyweight, 20 singles. Side-seamed so they hold their shape, with a 1x1 ribbed collar and a single needle edge stitch.

That weight is deliberate. It is roughly a third heavier than the thin rally shirts that go shapeless after four washes.

This genuinely matters, and it is the difference between a shirt that looks good for years and one that does not.

• Cold water, gentle cycle, mild detergent
• No bleach and no fabric softener
• Tumble dry low, or hang it to dry
• Do not iron directly on the print. Iron inside out if you have to
• Do not dry clean

Heat is what kills a print. Cold wash, low dry.
