Sizing

This is the one we get most. Send your chest measurement and the shirt you are looking at, and we will tell you which size to order. The full measured size guide lists every cut in inches, taken from the garment laid flat rather than a generic chart.

One thing worth knowing up front: the long sleeve runs slimmer than the tees, and the women's cut is relaxed rather than fitted. If you are between sizes on a tee, size up. On the women's tees and the crop, size down for a closer fit.

Orders and shipping

Orders typically ship within 2 to 5 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Once it is on its way, US delivery usually takes another 4 to 7 business days. Free US shipping kicks in at $70 and applies automatically at checkout, no code needed.

If tracking has not moved in a week, send us the order number and we will chase it.

Returns and exchanges

There is a 30 day return window from the day your item arrives. The item needs to be unworn, with tags, in its original packaging, and you will need the receipt or proof of purchase. Returns start at support@lastmilecousa.com, and the full terms are in the refund policy.

If the problem is fit, say so. We would rather get you into the right size than have you sit on a shirt you do not wear.
